The Princess Theatre and Arts Centre is situated on Princess Street in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, TA8 1EH.

Travelling by car
Approaching from the motorway, leave the M5 at junction 22 and head for Burnham-on-Sea by taking the 2nd exit (staight over) at the 1st roundabout.  Carry on for 1 mile until you reach the 2nd roundabout, take the 2nd exit (staight over).  Entering the town you will approach a 3rd roundabout which has an ESSO petrol station opposite.  Take the 1st exit (left) and immediately take a right.  You will be on Princess Street.

From the town Princess Street is just off Victoria Street (near the Victoria Hotel).  A short walk up to the end of the High Street (north end) will bring you to Victoria Street.  Princess Street is the road down the side of the Victoria Hotel.

The Princess has a small car park at the rear with 15 spaces including 1 disabled parking space.

Alternatively, a short walk away is a pay and display car park on Oxford Street (opposite Lidl) with charges applying Mon-Sun between the hours of 09:00-18:00.

On street parking is available on and around the sea front which is only a short walk from the Princess.  Charges apply Mon-Sun 09:00-18:00 during the summer (Mar-Oct).  Charges do not apply during the winter (Nov-Feb).

Public Transport

The nearest train station is Highbridge Station.  From there take the 112 bus and get off at the Esplanade (sea front), Burnham-on-Sea.  Walk down Regent Street and cross the road to reach Princess Street.

Bus routes 102, 21 and 21A will take you to the Esplanade and these will also travel near to the ESSO petrol station.  Getting off the stop before or after will leave a short walk to Princess Street.
